We create tavern style pizza crafted with thoughtfully sourced ingredients. Each ingredient was discovered and chosen with care, down to the pink mineral sea salt from Real Salt in Utah for our dough. A visit to our produce supplier, Eagle Springs Organic Farms, gave the distinct impression that each tomato had been grown with love and affection. Our house-made Italian sausage made from organic Colorado pork is practically laughing out loud at its good fortune. Our yeast comes directly from the bottom of the Bonfire Brewing fermenters one mile away.
